About 2 miles from my place is a little brewery of which you’ve probably heard: Anheuser-Busch? Ok, maybe it’s not little … it is the largest brewery in the world. My friend Mike and I took a tour. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. An interesting anecdote … I visited my friend Phil in 2011 when he lived here and we took this same tour — the Beermaster’s Tour (cost: $25). I took almost exactly the same photos last time. haha. I went through and compared them. Hilarious.
Oh, the Beermaster’s Tour is very nice — you have your own room to drink your “free” samples and you get to go to the lager room and have the “freshest” Beer … we had a Budweiser that was 3-hours old. Now that is fresh! You also receive a very nice certificate and a basball cap. You also get to see the Clydesdales … A good time and well worth the visit. My 51st beer for today was the Black Crown. I have to say I liked it … good representation of the style.
Enjoy the photo tour …
