There’s a pretty neat little Mexican restaurant near where I work — and they make pretty mean Mexican food … which is slightly humorous because the owner/cook is from South Africa.  But, hey, you can’t fault determination and quality … everything at this place is good.  He makes a pretty mean Margarita … yes!

However, this day their CO2 tanks were out of “gas” so they only had bottled beer.  What did I decide to have you ask?  Oh, just a Dos Equis … but the dark one.  You can’t go wrong with the dark one–but of course, there are a lot of others you could go better with! LOL
